Hi, I’m Gabrijela!

Some might call me a coach, a design thinking facilitator, a storyteller, or that friend who always asks the big questions. My passion? Helping people like you figure out what they truly want and guiding them to a life that feels, well, more you.

My journey meandered from the corporate world (yes, I’ve worn the suits—and still do sometimes) to a life that feels more like my own—one that mixes creativity, connection, and a bit of soul-searching. I am also passionate about building meaningful products and guiding teams, especially when I can bring design thinking methodology into the mix. Whether it’s guiding individuals or helping businesses tackle complex challenges, I’m here to use creativity and structure to help find solutions that truly work.

I’ve completed various educational programs, including:

Erickson Coaching International, where I developed a solution-focused approach to coaching, helping clients find their own answers and paths to success.
Metàfora Summer Art therapy School, which opened up new ways for me to use creative methods in personal transformation.
Product Management Bootcamp at AllWomen, where I honed my skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creating design strategies for products.
Designing Businesses at Design Depth, where I learned to develop and scale business models through design.
NN Group Certification in user experience, further sharpening my skills in user-centered design.
Master’s Degree in Graphic Technology, Multimedia from the Faculty of Graphic Arts, where my foundation in design and multimedia was established.

These days, I’m also an External Associate at Barcelona Technology School, where I help students explore the impact of human behavior and psychology on design and technology. As a speaker, I’ve led talks and workshops on topics like Career Change, Innovation, Product Quality, and User Experience Testing—always bringing in my passion for design thinking and creativity.

Over time, I realized that what truly drives me is guiding others toward a more balanced, purpose-driven approach to life and work. This journey brought me to Barcelona, where I now focus on helping businesses and individuals find creative clarity, direction, and inspiration through facilitation and guidance.
